    It should. The first line of the artist's commentary appears to be a parody of NIKKE's title. Just going from MTL and comparing the wording with NIKKE's title, it'd be (assuming the colon is just missing) "Mazoku of Victory: Shamiko." 勝利の女神:NIKKE (Shōri no Megami: NIKKE) vs 勝利のまぞくシャミ子 (Shōri no Mazoku Shamiko)
