I'm gonna take a guess from the thumbnail Hu Tao looks like she's packing a dick because of the difference in height between Furina's lowered spats and her skintight shorts. At least that how it looks for me.
I assumed it was because the dicks in the image are easily missed in the thumbnail, possibly leading viewers to think this might be yuri.
That said, dumping posts in pool #1229 without explanation is fucking stupid. It takes all of 30 seconds to type a short comment clarifying one's reasoning.

If they don't leave a comment and I can't figure out why it was added, I just remove it. Misleading Thumbnails should be things that you can see even if you already know what the picture is actually supposed to be. If you have to guess or squint really hard, then it doesn’t belong.
Too many people add things to this pool because they mistook something at a glance for one second, and not because the thumbnail is actually misleading.
