The Japanese is slightly different than the English, so you have to put both, people say The official touhou title and then the English translation so their effectively saying the same thing twice, in a slightly different manner.

No, that’s not what I am talking about. Another user has deleted all the notes the uploader have left before, but you can go to Note History to see what it was like before the deletion.
Also, you can check the user’s note history on other posts, and you will see this odd practice I mentioned. Like literally putting “Flandre Scarlet” note onto an english text that already says “Flandre Scarlet”, or noting the name of every individual characters that appears in a pic despite the tagging system exists.
