Because this part was confusing: The love fortune apparently indicates that it's "Yuri Harem Season" or the like. As such, the people that are coming are the people that want to be in Alice's harem, which is why Satori is so excited (and doesn't want Orin to join), and Patchu sticks around, and later Parsee and Marisa show up... (And Hina and Kisume play with the cucumber...)

Also keep in mind that apparently, according to this author, Alice is only infatuated with Reimu, nobody likes Marisa, and Alice only really gets along with Patchouli.
