Artist's commentary
I drew her with the idea that Hotaru's red cloak is actually the previous Magoichi's jinbaori.
But it's too big for her to wear it properly, and it's gotten so tattered over time that there's only one sleeve hole left, so she just puts her head through the hole and wears it like a cape.
