This is an old joke, though, I've seen ones like this with Alice making similar dolls of Reimu or Marisa before.

I guess doing one of Iku just proves she's branching out.

As a total aside, this artist certainly makes the characters look cute.

Alice should make more Touhou gal dolls. She'll make a fortune by selling them.
