My attempt at translating Meling's (Daruma san ga koronda)...
It's a children's game like "Green Light, Red Light".
Just Google "Daruma san ga koronda" to read about it (minus the assault rifle).

It's one of the minigames in bishi bashi 3 where you play as one of the 3 convicts in the back hiding behind a prop or some sort and guy in a catsuit (lol) will say 10 letters (which forms a sentence) and then looks back. If anyone moves when the guy looks back he shoots you with his gun, forcing you to start over. If you make it through without the guy catching you, you score a point and start again.

I remember playing it on the PS1 :D
