My guess is that this one is 'Shadow Remilia' (the boss version) while the other one ( post #694570 ) is 'Persona Remilia' (the version that can be used by the player).

As far as I know, they're both Shadows. This one is the new and "improved" version.

Also notice how she bears the emblems of Patchouli (moon), Flandre (Laevattein), Sakuya (clock), and I guess Koakuma (devil). Must be insulting for Meiling...
