A fusion between Komachi(Scythe), Remilia(right wing), Flandre(left wing), Sakuya(Skirt and apron), either Chen or Rin(forked tail), Aya(right shoe), Youmu(myon),Hijiri Byakuren(magic scroll) and Parsee(ears). I can't see anyone else.

I see bunny ears (probably reisen's), Ex-Kiene's horns, and I think shiki's headgear. That, and what looks like Okuu's stone boot. I can't pic out anything else from this distance.
