flame-breasted fruit dove

my first completed artwork in 2024! i’m slowly making progress on the 2023 collectible bird cards

this year i really want to focus on backgrounds so this piece took longer than usual compared to my previous card designs! i also upgraded my canvas size/resolution so now procreate limits me to only 33 layers, which was difficult to work with (give me my 50+ layers!!). hopefully i can offer larger size prints if people are interested? i will post the card version of this artwork later!
