I removed the mother_(game) and mother_2 tags.
Just because there are RPG like actions showing up doesn't mean it's Mother related. dragon_quest would probably be more accurate here.

There are cockroach enemies in Earthbound/Mother that do something at least similar to the "spread its wings and jumped at her" part... but the formatting and wording of the rest of it doesn't support it. I can understand why the assumption was made.

All that exercise (to Patchy) from running all the way to Remilia's room would definitely improve her physique in some ways.

I remember there was calling for help option in Sweet Home on NES. And that was survival horror game, so it matches picture better. Dunno how it was in Dragon Quest, though.
