idk but her left hand looks weird, you can see some hairs that dont follow all the way throught but also there is some blur that makes very hard to really point anything but her eyes looks defined so i doubt is AI, thet artist hasnt shown any previous evidence of using AI anyway and this may be just a sketch or a very impresionist render.
