"I heard rumors on Twitter", barring any solid sources or evidence, is a pretty poor reason to believe anything.

I made a account to confirm that @MrRoxas isn't wrong, but they should have made a better post about this. Lepypepy was fully confirmed to be using AI and tracing for his artwork. There's also that LepyPepy made a burner account to address these claims, which seems extremely suspicious since there's no reason to not address it on his main account unless he had something to hide. Also he loves to block anyone that calls out his fanart on his main account, which only adds more fuel to the fire.

But of course, nobody ultimately gives a shit if someone does this as Monochrome_AI likes to use AI in his drawings and people are fine with that. It's just that LepyPepy gets paid around $2k per month for making low effort art and he has never mentioned that he uses AI or tracing to his patreon fanbase, which pisses people and actual artists off.
