some of the pages still need some finishing translations as well as confirmation that the last page really is the last page since it seems like a very abrubt end.

Unfortunately Sonson didn't comment the most recent page of the comic, so there is no indication either way about the comic continuing. I'd guess there is one, maybe two more pages yet to be drawn.
