I don't see anything wrong with her feet... Plus, why are you looking at her feet and wondering what could be wrong with them in the first place? This is AWESOME.

Obviously what is happening here is that the scientist sister tried to save the life of her younger sister who got into a would-be fatal accident and had to put her back together. She made the mistake of attaching a recently excavated, completely intact arm from a long-dead race that has since taken over her sister's body. Now she has to don self-developed power armor to put her own sister down in a deadly game of intra-city cat and mouse.
