It's Tayuya, definitely. The description on pixiv isn't very enlightening, but browsing through other pics by the same author makes pretty clear that the author likes this pairing:

I dont get what you mean by a non-random manner. Its ordered from Newest to Oldest. Is that not good enough?

I have *NO* idea how to access that. The best I can do is to click on the author's profile link and get a random selection of 6 pictures by them over and over until I see new stuff. If there's some sort of linear, forwards-and-back set of controls, they simply don't display on my browser. (Do you have to sign up with an account or something to see them?)
Yeah, you have to have a Pixiv account in order to view the pictures. There's a thread on the forum that tells you how to sign up for one: http://danbooru.aniworldai.org/forum/show/4517

I honestly have no idea if you have to have one. NeoChaos seems to have to be trying to help you though. But for me, its always been 1.Click artist avatar to jump to profile page. 2.Click on もっと見る(number of uploaded pics) whihc means "See more". 3.Profit!
