A nice feature of Delta C755-Waitress Bots was their faithful imitation of real human female features (a typical specialty of the Neurodyne Corp.). They retained their robotic look, but had distinctive synthflesh parts which allowed for all sorts of fun with them. They were also highly modifiable, similar to their Zephyr predecessors,so they were easily reprogrammed, and had a wide range of 3rd party mods available. As with the Zephyr models the Deltas also had a huge enthusiast scene who liked to show off their creations at huge conventions, inviting each other to test ride their "rigs".

One weird detail was their unclear classification, as their synthflesh parts made them strictly cyborgs, but otherwise they were just bots, albeit with a basic AI installed. That made the Deltas even more fascinating to their owners, they were never sure if they were actually enslaving and abusing an artificial living, thinking being.
