The Ep7 spoilers seem to intone that Leon is a hermaphrodite, in the sense that his/her gender is not mentioned, and not actually...intimated. Thus the lack of gender confirmation leads to not the normal "is it a trap" discussion, but more "is it both?"
Bernkastel loves people denying the gender of an obvious trap, delusionally, while they beg and whimper and try to pretend that what they fapped to is not yaoi...just to reveal it was yaoi after all.
