Character: Confident. Outgoing. Calculating. Loves mischief. Happy sadist. Blood lust. Commits crimes and films them for money. Sells VHS tapes of his crimes to his fans. (see reference)
❈ He has two outfits. If the primary shirt (fishnet) is too difficult, you may dress him in his secondary shirt instead (camouflage).

Please draw him looking down towards the viewer as his next victim. His expression is cool and confident, but a little wild. He could have blood splattered on him and hold a knife.

Well, that's the general idea, but please take the concept wherever you're inspired to! I love your designs so much, I'm sure I'll be happy.
