Lol, it looks like someone uploaded it to AD, and then another person download it and re-uploaded it, causing AD to stamp yet another watermark on it.

The artwork itself is not that bad, but that strange blur and darkness scream "I don't know how to make backgrounds."

True. The going Danbooru rule is "tag what you see", and there's no androgyny or visible reverse trap going on here.

For the record, though, in King's first appearance in Art of Fighting, she did seem to be just a pretty-faced man - until you beat her and her shirt got torn up, and BOOM! there's tits. This pic is reenacting that scene a little bit.
