Artist said that this is the client's original character named "ShrikeHuntermon" which is a "dark hybrid evolution of Fairimon and Shutumon" (so, a counterpart of JetSilphymon), but she looks more like a Digimon version (or even "OC Donut Steel" version) of Yoko Littner, so I tagged the latter (and "fusion" tag) too.
