Actually at Comicket (I can attest to c67.68.69) there are quite a few doujin and whatnot with marijuana related content/inconography. Shouldn't be too shocking, weed is pretty easily avalible in Tokyo at least, as are shrooms (those out in the country side too). I think, however, that users are MUCH more discreet. I was pretty shocked when my friends asked me if I smoked.. they didn't seem like the type I'm used to here in the US, and I kinda thought there were hardly any drugs in Japan (naive -_-).
