So I wasn't aware of this character before posting this, but after a quick bit of google research, Voriki seems to be kinda like Bionicle's Kasane Teto. He first showed up as a photoshopped image of Tahu posted few months before they revealed Takanuva, which spurred speculation about the possibility of a real 7th Toa. There's even a KnowYourMeme page on him.
