The same with Utsuho's outfit.

Tenshi doesn't realize by her selfish alliance with Okuu, that marked her as a friend among the underground crowd. Smells like team issues; good thing they're not against Sanae as Sanae has the ability "Befriend"; basically she fixes the issue then wins the match. In contrast, the losing team walks away with their issues resolved and better friends.

As well as she doesn't realize that she was showing off in front of Okuu.
She's too pure. She couldn't be a celestial if her character was any different. After achieving bhavagra things like necessity and pride don't reach your mind anymore. she just blocks that out.

Just wait till she reemerges from Eirin's lab as the new Rider, Faith Rider Miracle Sanae-Chan! It'll probably get even more blatant than that.
