Hello! I would like to ask if you would accept a request it draw Takanashi Kiara 小鳥遊キアラ in the form of a "Phoenix Lamia"

The idea is she has the lower body of a snake, upper body of a woman, perhaps arms that are feathered like a bird. The final amount of feathers I leave you your choice. My image is something of a feathered serpent lamia. Feather colors being mainly orange, green, and blue.
