Yes. In fact, "Light of Dawn" is what the achievement is called when you defeat all the raid bosses (including the LK) in heroic mode in the 25man format.

The Light of Dawn:
"Defeat the Lich King in Icecrown Citadel in 25-player Heroic mode. "
LK only, not all the raid bosses.

Yeah, but to enable LK in heroic mode, you (or at least the Raid Leader) must have defeated all the other bosses.

It doesn't have to be in the same raid lockout though.

Chromie? Chromie is still undetermined. The name is male, but the dragon model has been shown as male OR female... blizz is wierd about that.

Well, the new Lich King is/was Alliance anyway so even this interpretation evens out in the end.
