That's only speculation, man. You have to watch out for the more popular theories. All we really know is that Crocodile has something to do with Ivankov, who has the power to change people's genders, that Crocodile doesn't want people to know about. Is it very possible that Crocodile used to be a girl? Extremely, especially knowing Oda. But right now it's only speculation.
