In the Khyle-verse, Nagatoro got knocked up in highschool by Naoto. They got married, and after a few years Nagatoro is working at a 7-11 and Naoto is an unemployed layabout. Nagatoro has become abusive, and Naoto seems to have stopped caring about anything. And their daughter is not growing up in a healthy environment.
