Artist is Kuromitu. He specializes in pregnancy, birth, egg-laying and futanari, with plenty of loli, guro and scat/watersports thrown in. His style and body proportions are quite distinctive, so his work's easily recognisable. I'm surprised I haven't seen more of his stuff here.
