Can’t be since the are other two with Kafka’s eyes and Caelus hair colours, so the magenta haired baby is at least third.

I'm guessing she had the sudden realization that she has indeed changed, which brought her happiness (hence her apparent tears of joy). Apparently Kafka and the Trailblazer are destined to change one another; and achieving such change is one of Kafka's main goals.

All of you are thinking too much, I think its because this one has her hair colour.
