That's probably why.

Those are *already* humanlike, so there's nothing to really humanize about them. It's just a variation of their regular appearance.

To be fair it seems like half of them that are on here are from this artist. So it could just be his/her favorite.

Luxray's just sexy, humanoid or not. It makes sense to me.
