I thought I’d give this painting another go, I thought the composition felt a little off before, and to be honest I still feel like it’s a little peculiar. I think it’s just the size of the dragon and trying to fit the wings into the composition in a reasonable way.
But hey, this time I got away with adding some purple, so that’s a win to me.
I definitely foresee more of this piece in the future.
