This debate should have been already over by now.
The creators of Guilty Gear already released an OFFICIAL(Puts emphasis on that) Material Collection Booklet stating that this couple is already CANON(Puts emphasis on that, again).
To be particular, in the "Relationship Chart" page of that OFFICIAL Booklet, There is a little "Heart" sign in the relationship between Ky and Dizzy. And take note that the arrows are intertwining, meaning it's not a one-sided love.
I'm not really a Ky X Dizzy fan, but I just can't deny the numerous amounts of hints(Including hints from Daisuke Ishiwatari himself) that they indeed fell in-love with each other. And that's why I support it.
As perfect as "The Knight and The Princess" thing.
