Yes, that's basically what Akyuu's ability is.

It's like once you see it, its stuck on your head no matter how many damn centuries or reincarnation you pass.

But I got intrigued on what Akyuu said, if its true she doesn't have Tenshi's data, does that mean she's already gotten hold of the other participant's abilities?

I'm more concerned about Chen's ability to perform a counter attack that works.
