The two yougins are Liquid and Solid snake if you didn't notice. The guy on the right is called Naked Snake in MGS3 AKA Big Boss in the Metal Gear games for the NES.

No, because Blonde is a recessive gene, he should have blonde hair.

Actually, in a twist it turns out Liquid had the dominant genes; Snake's just so badass that he won despite being genetically inferior combat-wise.
