    I guess this and post #7955575 are some sort of visual "telephone game" or free association starting with a pelican case and ending with a coffee maker?

    There might be other photos referenced but the modified Honda Acty Suzuki Carry cum Snowcat stands out:

    I was going off of what it was labeled where I found the photo, but it also looks like the photo has been floating around for at least ten years. If you can more positively identify it, please feel free to fix the tags.

    EDIT: Digging deeper I think you're right. The only places calling it an Acty seem to be English. This Japanese site with a different view calls it a Carry: https://ameblo.jp/kobe-drivers-support/entry-12209330255.html

    I think that element is just a matter of age, old Honda Actys have round sealed headlights like this reference photo too, and newer Suzuki Carrys also all have molded rectangular headlights.

    From what I can see online the Carrys transitioned in the mid 1990's (95-97 or so) so this one must be older than that. The Actys already had rectangular headlights in 1990.
