How it can be blonde hair if the drawing is monochrome?

Hmm, I hadn't really thought about the consequence of it being monochrome. In monochrome art if someone has hair that's not colored in, the default would be to call that blonde, and in this case that is canonical, but maybe it's better not to tag it anyway.

They look more like smudges but they actually work, if you're thinking of blood and stuff.

Oh? The smudges? I was thinking it was the formation of the manifestation of her power. Its got a Rorschach feel to it.
