It's not uncommon to see it used in that sense in some of the more hardcore ero-anime, though it has fallen out of use in modern speech in favor of simply calling the perpetrator a レイプ魔 (rape-ma, serial rapist).

I think she confused "狩り (Kari, Hunting)" with an abbreviation for "カリ首 (Kari-Kubi, Corona of glans penis)."
