It's a Satellite Canon, well more like a Catellite Canon.

I do believe that some have called it "the Kitty Kill Sat" and "the Hammer of Nyan" (a play off of the Hammer of Dawn from Gears of War) as well.

Uh... yeah. I was thinking of tagging it "weapon" when I uploaded it, but wasn't certain (as the satellite itself is the weapon, not the guidance thing in her hand)... unless it's some mini-version of the sat-cat cannon.
