Now Herbie's trying his best to get the hand and feather away from Tracker while the jungle pup keeps laughing. But while he attempted to make the ticklers scram, he noticed something mysterious. Sparkles were coming from under a curtain.

He went to observe, and much to his shock, he saw four cats sitting in front of a magic ball. What were they doing? Herbie's is bound to find out!
