Seems like the cats found Herbie out while he was peeking through the curtains. Knowing he's caught, and possibly in trouble, Herbie tries to come up with a valid reason why he was observing the cats' actions.

While it was relatively true, the cats decide to seize this moment and give Herbie the same treatment they're currently giving Chase, Marshall, Aid, and Skye. With sneaky smiles, they use the crystal ball to summon a BUNCH of hands and electric toothbrushes. Herbie looks up at them in worry.

And without another second to think about the situation, Herbie makes a run for it. While he likes being tickled, that would be too much for him to bear. And on top of it, he's got friends to save. But can he avoid becoming victim to the ticklish torture himself?
