That's not true, just check out female bodybuilders. The problem is, tits (big or small) look out of place on a muscular chest with little underskin fat. This picture still shows a good amount of underskin fat, however.

He's right. Female bodybuilders lose their breasts almost entirely due to burning off nearly all of the fat content in them (and a significant amount of breast mass is fat), and almost always rely on breast implants to make up the difference. Those that don't have implants simply live without breasts.

Late, but bodybuilding is different from strength training.
