Mmmm... There are some comics (like #787395) who aren't really realistic.
I think that the author added some original strips. I really hope so, because having to wear a maid uniform when you're male must sucks.

As far as these comics go, I feel the situation itself is true but the details are exagerated a bit. for instance, I can see the author being curious about the bra and his wife catching him. the maid outfit i doubt, more of a representation of how his wife treated him for a while (ie, her personal bitch or she was just teasing him a lot and he was being a slave to her by his own will)
