It turns out that the crystal ball that the cats were using had some sort of control over the things tickling the four poor pups in the other room. But fortunately, with Herbie's curious tinkering, the feathers come to a stop. Chase is curious as to what happened to them. In spite of how it did, the pups are shown to have some slight relief over what happened. However, they still have two other things tickling them.

Herbie continues to fiddle with the crystal ball, coming to the assumption of that it's controlling the tools tickling his friends. But Tracker notices an incoming electric toothbrush right behind Herbie, which sends the corgi into a state of panic. What will happen to him next?
