My internet lurking must be lacking for me not to be up-to-date with these OS moe personifications. Oh well, since I'm old fashioned, I'd say MS-DOS should be the final boss, since all Windows OS are pretty much an application running on it. Even better if there's no moe version of it, then it can be a Giygas-esque fight XD
