The hell would give you that idea? Catherine is basically the Japanese equivalent of a T rated game, all the "Sex" and "Maturity" is just marketing hype, theirs nothing that would require it to be censored. ATLUS doesn't censor their games, and the Persona series has gotten a higher rating in Japan then Catherine so I doubt it's a big deal.
