It's (from left to right):
Nitori, Cirno, Flandre, Aya, Rumia(?)(red with black cross/could also be Medicine/colors could also suggest Alice), Iku, Suwako, Mystia, Hina. I'm guessing the white thing on the far right is a menu or a sign.
The second row is:
Yamame(?)(bottle/cap colors match dress/bow), Sanae(?)(it says cucumber on it though), Keine(?)(there seems to be a moon on it plus the blue color), Hatate(?)(the plum colors), Utsuho.
On the third row, I can see four different bottles but only the leftmost one's label is visible. I'm guessing that one's Remilia.
Lots of guessing, though.
