Nay. Ashe is the hottest. Best ass, best clothing to accentuate it, and thus best to play as since you're always viewing the PCs from behind. Penelo, by contrast, was so bland I honestly thought she was a rando NPC when she was first introduced. Of course her hotness quotient definitely goes up once she gets her new outfit.
