NM200 and above. Although, nm150 was far quicker to farm weapons so I used a different lineup. Really didn't help that 250 was NOT worth running at all.
as mentioned, she was used in NM200 FA setups and for NM250 for everything but end-game SPEED runs of NM250

If you are able to complete 1 NM250 in the time to do 4 NM200s, you're better off grinding NM250 by raw numbers.
I was also doing top 90k and the cutoff for those were at 2.5 mil (which I overshot to 3 bil).
I was also having little luck with nm90 for drops.
I mean sure, but if you're trying to top 90k, even having 20 minute FAs for NM250 would get you roughly 150m/hr, you'd probably have hit 90k assuming you were keeping pace in the prior two days, by spending maybe 5 hours on the last two rounds doing FA of 250.
And with NM90 farming, you just do it by pure volume with Kaguya support-- ideally double Kaguya, and JD boost with Tien/Richard backline. Using old numbers, you'd at least be projected 1 drop around 426 runs, according to calculators, which depending on how strong you are is usually like 10 seconds or so?
You'd be seeing a Celestial every 2 hours in theory. You just gotta lock in.
