This particular type of fusion is "Let's make Touhou Kids".

But they're not actually the kids, they're fusions, DBZ earring style.

Look again. Mima and Shinki just decided to join up in one body.

I got most of the fusions, but I'm a little unsure who Yuyuko is fused with in the second-to-last. Satori, maybe? Or Byakuren?

Haha, every time Utsuho is involved in a fusion, the fused being always looks more like the other fusee, with much larger breasts.

I wonder if it's Falketto's way of saying Utsuho's an airhead?

Is Shanghai actually fused with anyone? The only difference I can see is eye color, and that varies depending on artist.

Yuyuko + Yukari = HOT

Utsuho + Tenshi = We're doomed.

I've added notes to the bottom of each picture saying who's been fused. I'm pretty sure about most of them, but if I'm mistaken on any of them please don't hesitate to make the necessary changes.
